***Carnitas Chile Verde Enchiladas, pork shoulder marinated for 24 hours in our own special brine, seasoned with Chef Lea’s Adobo seasoning, then slow cooked and paired with Scott's homemade chile verde sauce, peppers, onions, and cheese, all stuffed into a flour tortilla or two corn tortillas. Topped with more sauce and cheese and baked to perfection. Served with a side of Spanish rice.
All Meals served with a cilantro-lime slaw and for dessert, “Citrus poke cake”.
