***Mongolian Stir-fry-24 hour brined & slow roasted pork, sautéed with mushrooms, onions, garlic, ginger, celery, carrots, broccoli, and assorted peppers, and finished with our coconut & red curry sauce. Served over rice or cabbage (for those watching their starches). All dinners include a garden salad with ginger vinaigrette, garlic & rosemary roll, and for dessert, “Espresso Panna Cotta”.
